Northwestern Mutual – Capital Region Recognizes
Top Financial Representative Intern
ALBANY, NY – August 10, 2022 – Northwestern Mutual – Capital Region is recognizing Hudson Valley Community College student Jack Farnan as the company’s #6 ranked financial representative intern based on production, nationwide. Farnan will complete his Associates degree in December 2022 and will transfer after that.
Farnan was recognized last month at Northwestern Mutual’s College Awards Celebration in Milwaukee. He’s honored as an outstanding performer by building a strong financial services practice and delivering consistent quality service to clients.
“Northwestern Mutual gives me a great opportunity to jumpstart a rewarding career at a young age,” said Farnan.
A career Farnan has grown to know well. His father is a District Director and Financial Advisor, while his uncle is an Advisor as well.
“Coming into a business that your family is a part of is not always easy. There is constant comparison, pressure, and judgement from others, but that never stopped Jack,” said Molly LeClair, Chief Recruiting and Internship Development Officer. “Jack joined us only a year ago and I can’t wait to watch him soar in the internship and beyond for years to come at our firm.”
Northwestern Mutual’s internship program has been named one of America’s “Top 100 Internships” for 26 consecutive years by Vault and provides real-world opportunities to full-time college and university students throughout the country.
